Our peer coaching programs offer a safe and welcoming space for coaching practice at any level, which will evolve the way you coach and the coaching relationships you build. Join us for our next round which will commence on the first of the stated month. You will receive 2 emails on the day the Peer Coaching Program commences, introducing you to your coach for the month, and your counterpart for the month. We then invite you to schedule sessions between yourselves at times that suit you best. Working in confidential small-group breakout rooms, you'll be guided by a structured set of reflective questions designed to help you explore recent coaching conversations, celebrate successes, unpack challenges and identify new opportunities for growth.
