My experience with IECL was excellent. The calibre of the teachers was very high. They clearly are very skilled coaches. I also enjoyed the other participants who came from a variety of backgrounds but all were interesting and contributed greatly to the learning. One of the most valuable aspects was the chance to speak with a human (not always the case these days) to clarify what was needed to be eligible for the ACC. I did it all remotely from Auckland and felt very included. Overall a great experience.

The [Team Coaching] program is a perfect mix of theory and practice. I had the chance to experience team coaching both as a coach and as a team member. All assignments and exercises helped me learn and gain more insight about team coaching.
