Dorothy Liu is an IECL-certified organisational coach who has spent more than 20 years leading People & Culture work for global companies — including CHANEL, The Estée Lauder Companies, adidas and Honeywell — across Australia, China and Asia-Pacific, most recently as People Experience Lead for CHANEL Australia and New Zealand. She recently founded Bright Ground, a Sydney-based people, organisation and culture consultancy.
Over the past 12 years, Dorothy has embedded coaching into her everyday leadership and HR practice: she has provided one-to-one coaching to around 150 leaders across different countries, and helped several organisations develop internal coaching capability and make coaching part of everyday leadership conversations. Originally from Shanghai, her work is grounded in one belief: people bring strategy to life.
