AI without the overwhelm: a coach’s guide

September 3 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm AEST

AI has made it easier to produce more. More content, more proposals, more ideas. But for most coaches, it hasn’t made the work better.
If anything, it’s introduced a new kind of frustration. You get something out quickly, but it’s not quite right. The tone’s off, it feels generic. The speed’s there, but the quality is still hit and miss.

The real problem:
Most people jumped in and started using AI without any real setup. No context, no clear role, no sense of how it should think or write.

That’s what leads to what we call the AI Average Trap.

You ask vague questions, you get generic answers. You try to fix it with more prompts, but the underlying issue hasn’t changed. The system doesn’t understand your audience, your unique offer, or what you’re actually trying to achieve.

So it defaults to average.

What you’ll learn
In 60 minutes, we’ll show you how to properly onboard and train your AI so it becomes a strategic assistant you can rely on.

Learn our practical system to reduce the overwhelm and make AI genuinely useful in your day-to-day work.

People pleaser, automation bias, cognitive outsource

  • Copilot, Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT – we’ll show you exactly how to personalise your set up for instantly better results.
  • Learn how to give your AI the right context so it produces work that’s relevant, tailored to you and useful.
  • AI copy all sounds the same. Learn how to fix that, so your emails, marketing materials and proposals sound like you.
  • Strategies to work with AI as a thinking partner, using it to amplify your approaches and get better ideas, not just faster outputs.

Who’s this for
This session is for coaches, consultants, and teams who are already using AI, but know they’re not getting the most out of it.

If you’ve found yourself frustrated with generic outputs, unsure where AI actually fits in your workflow, or overwhelmed by the pace of change, this will help you reset and approach it in a more structured way.

It’s particularly relevant if you care about the creative quality of your work and don’t want AI to dim it!
