Reflective Insight Circles provide a dedicated monthly opportunity to pause, think deeply about your coaching experiences and learn alongside a trusted community of peers. Working in confidential small-group breakout rooms, you’ll be guided by a structured set of reflective questions designed to help you explore recent coaching conversations, celebrate successes, unpack challenges and identify new opportunities for growth.
These peer-led sessions create a psychologically safe space to share perspectives, challenge assumptions and gain fresh insights from fellow practitioners. You’ll leave each Circle with greater clarity, renewed confidence and practical ideas to strengthen your coaching practice.
